Screen Tensioning

In screening technology, tensioning frames are used as plansifters in milling, as particle screens for air pollution control in air-conditioning technology, and in the field of paper restoration. Further applications can be found, for example, in insulation production and surface finishing

In the field of screen printing, tension screens are used for printing on a wide variety of materials: for example, T-shirts, ceramic tiles and electronic circuit boards.

We cover with polyamide, polyester as well as stainless steel mesh. On our stentering machines we can cover screen frames with a maximum side length of 1.80 m x 4.50 m. We use both brand-new and new machines. We use both brand-new frames and frames provided by the customer, or used frames after appropriate cleaning.
